Match Merge is a free puzzle game published by Misaligned Games (ai-asylum). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Misaligned Games is the trading name of Misaligned Games SAS, SIREN 982 145 740 (RCS Bobigny), registered office 204 B avenue Pasteur, 93170 Bagnolet, France. Misaligned Games SAS is the data controller for the data described in this policy.

What we collect

• Analytics events — gameplay progression events (session start, level completed, level failed) sent to PostHog on EU servers (Frankfurt). These events are anonymous and contain no personally identifiable information.
• Approximate location — country-level, derived from your IP address by PostHog for aggregate geographic reporting. Your IP is not stored.
• Install attribution — if you installed via an ad, AppsFlyer records the install source. No personal data is shared with advertisers.

What we do NOT collect

• Names, email addresses, or account credentials
• Contacts, photos, or files
• Precise location (GPS)
• Device identifiers beyond what the analytics SDK generates locally

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Analytics data is used solely to improve the game.

Data retention

Analytics events are retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of any data associated with your device at any time: Request data deletion.

Children

Match Merge does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The game contains no user accounts, chat, or social features.
